Visiting our Website
You can visit our website without having to provide personal information. We do, however, process data which your browser sends to our servers:

IP address of the accessing computer,
name and URL of the accessed file,
date and time of the access,
transferred data volume,
http status code,
requested resource and protocol version,
identification data (type, version) of the browser used and operating system of the accessing computer,
URL of the referring website if access took place by clicking a link.
This data is processed solely in order to improve our service and does not allow any inference about your person. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR since this data is technically necessary in order to display our website and ensure its stability and security.

Contacting us
If you choose to contact us via email or mail, we store the data you give us during contact in order to answer your inquiry and to provide you with the desired information. Art. 6 Sec. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR is the legal basis as it is our legitimate interest to answer your inquiry. The data processed with regard to inquires are deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or their processing is restricted if legal obligations to retain them exist.

It may happen that your questions and inquiries touch topics that are within the competence or activity of another company of the Dr. Rath company group. In this case we will forward your inquiry and transfer the data you have given us to the competent company of the Dr. Rath company group, according to the following rules:

Inquiries coming from Europe on nutritional advice or supplements will be forwarded to the Dr. Rath Health Programs B.V., Netherlands.
Inquiries coming from non-European countries on nutritional advice or supplements will be forwarded to the Dr. Rath International, Inc., USA.
Inquiries on scientific questions or research related matters will be forwarded to the Dr. Rath Research Institute, B.V.
Art. 6 Sec. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR is the legal basis for the transfer of data as it is our legitimate interest to answer your inquiry in the best way and by the competent company of our company group.

Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to our e-newsletter we will ask you for your email address. No further personal information is required. The submission of any other separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally.

For the subscription to our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in process. This means that once you have subscribed, we will send you an email to the email address you gave us with which we request that you confirm your subscription. We also store the IP addresses you used at subscription and confirmation. The purpose of this process is to be able to prove that you subscribed and to be able to clear up any misuse of your personal data. The email address is only used in order to properly address the newsletter emails you requested.

Please note that your user actions are analyzed when sending the newsletter in order to optimize and evaluate it. Therefore, our newsletter contains so-called web beacons. A web beacon is a miniature image which lets us know when you opened one of our emails and which links in the email you clicked. Please note that sending the newsletter without the web beacon is not possible.

Your consent is the legal basis according to Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. a GDPR for the use of data to send the newsletter and the processing of the data to optimize and evaluate the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, with total autonomy and without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the standard rates. A message in text form to the above contact data (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for this. Of course you can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is included at the bottom of every newsletter email you receive from us.
Our newsletters are sent out via the MailChimp platform, a trademark of The Rocket Science Group. Therefore the above mentioned data is transferred or processed by MailChimp as our data processor.

Petitions
If you choose to sign any of our petitions, we will ask you for the following details: your name, city, country, and email address. Fields which are mandatory for the signing are marked; other fields are voluntary. We also store the IP addresses you used at the time of signing. The purpose of this process is to be able to prove that you signed and to be able to clear up any misuse of your personal data. These details are stored securely by us and will not be transferred to any third party. Neither are they published on our website. We will use them to count all the supporters of our petition. At times we may publicize the total number of supporters, but without showing any individual personal data. Your consent is the legal basis according to Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. a GDPR for the use of data. You can remove your date from our Petition at any time, with total autonomy and without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the standard rates. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data that store information for a web site. Web sites themselves have no memory. To remember things, we use cookies.

The cookies used on our web site provide anonymous information about your browsing session on the site. YouTube
We have integrated components of YouTube of YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA on this website. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. YouTube is an internet video portal which allows video publishers to upload videoclips for free and allows other users to watch, rate and comment these videos also for free.

The videos are embedded in enhanced privacy mode. When such an embedded YouTube video is played, YouTube places a cookie on the device of the user. YouTube uses these cookies inter alia in order to compile video statistics, to prevent fraud and to improve user-friendliness. This also leads to a connection with the Google DoubleClick Network. When you start the video, other data processing operations may be triggered. We have no influence on this. YouTube and Google are informed which particular subpage of our website you have visited.

If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube can match the transmitted data to the relevant YouTube account. This matching can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account before you access our website.

The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which can be found at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google. Legal basis is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, since the embedding of YouTube allows us to show our users YouTube videos.

Transfer to Third Parties
Except in the circumstances mentioned under “Contacting Us” no personal data of any sort will be transferred to a third party.

Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have at any time the right to access to confirm as to whether or not personal data concerning you has been processed, and if so which personal data has been processed.

Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
